Jasmin Kirchner has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Jasmin began as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Universität Mannheim, assisting with planning and executing business psychological experiments. In 2015, they interned at Deutsche Bahn, gaining insights into customer behavior. In 2017, Jasmin interned at Bain & Company, focusing on digital analytics. The same year, they joined Zalando SE as an E-Commerce Project Manager and later became a Team Lead Real Time Manager Customer Care, responsible for real-time management across multiple sites and markets. In 2020, Jasmin joined zenloop as the Director Customer Experience Consulting, aiming to minimize customer loss for companies.
Jasmin Kirchner completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they had a semester abroad at the Copenhagen Business School, focusing on Economics and Business Administration.
