Gary Richards has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Gary began their career as an Estimator at Sutter Electric in 1997 before moving on to Montecalvo Electric as a Project Manager/Estimator in 1998. Gary then joined Harrington Electric in 2000, where they continued in the role of Project Manager/Estimator until 2003 when they joined Lake Erie Electric. At Lake Erie Electric, they served as a Project Manager/Estimator until 2007 when they joined Zenith Systems LLC. At Zenith Systems, Gary held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Director of Preconstruction Services, and Vice President of Preconstruction Services, until 2023. In 2024, they were promoted to Senior Vice President at Zenith Systems LLC.

Gary Richards attended The University of Akron from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology.
