Phil Ritti, Jr. is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in photography and customer success roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Zenfolio, Inc. since April 2017, Phil focuses on developing strong client relationships and effective onboarding processes. As the owner of Phil Ritti Photography since January 2005, Phil specializes in portraits, sports, and events while managing projects and digital assets. Previous roles include Account Manager at Zenfolio, Inc., where Phil acted as the primary technical liaison, and Director of Photography for the Harlem Globetrotters, overseeing freelance photographers and managing photographic content. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photography and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University-Sacramento.
