Nan Guo serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zendesk, where leadership encompasses a global team of engineers focused on delivering secure and reliable products at scale, overseeing Foundation, Reliability & Resilience, Engineering Productivity, and Core Services organizations. Prior roles at Zendesk include Vice President of Engineering for ZendeskOS and Foundation. Guo's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Adobe, TubeMogul, and Ask.com, managing engineering teams to develop high-performance advertising platforms and scalable analytics systems. Educational credentials include an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and an M.D. in Clinical Medicine from Peking University. Guo is also an active member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Community and Chief.
