Martin Kõiva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and business leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Workforce Engagement Management - QA at Zendesk since April 2024, Martin previously co-founded and led Klaus as CEO, where innovative AI solutions for customer support quality were developed and adopted by major companies including Glovo and Epic Games. At Pipedrive, Martin achieved significant growth by expanding the customer support team and maintaining high customer satisfaction rates. Martin's entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding Jobkitten, and earlier roles included Country Manager at Cherry Media, overseeing operations for a leading Baltic e-commerce company, and various positions at PR Agency Jugaste, Liiva & Seimann. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and PR from the University of Tartu.
