Cassy Dayao is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Renewal Specialist at Zendesk since August 2023. In this role, Cassy is a key member of the APAC Renewals team, responsible for managing a busy pipeline of accounts due for renewal and ensuring a top-class customer experience. Prior to Zendesk, Cassy held positions as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist at ezyCollect, and as an Account Manager at Intelenet Global Services. Cassy began a career in technical support at IBM, progressing through various roles including Senior Technical Support Specialist and Senior Case Manager at CIM Technologies Inc. Cassy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from San Beda University, graduated in 2010.
