Asa Engel currently serves as a Principal Solutions Consultant and Business Architect at Zendesk since January 2023. Prior to this role, Asa held several positions at Zendesk from March 2015 to February 2022, including Manager of Platform Solutions Development and various consultant roles. Asa's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Sales Engineer and Sales Executive at Shoutlet, a cloud-based social relationship platform, from October 2011 to March 2015. Asa began a career in sales at Sonic Foundry, where responsibilities included Inside Account Manager from September 2007 to September 2011. Asa holds a BS in Sales & Marketing / Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, obtained in 2006.
