Alissar Makhlouf is a skilled Product Designer currently at Zendesk since October 2024. Previously, Alissar worked at Malwarebytes from April 2021 to October 2024, where roles included Senior Product Designer, leading a major redesign of the cybersecurity web app dashboard and enhancing user onboarding experiences. Alissar also contributed significantly as a Product Designer, focusing on the Malwarebytes SMB Security Advisor and conducting a comprehensive product audit during a transition from B2C to B2B. Early career experiences include positions as Associate Product Designer, where Alissar improved the antivirus desktop app and implemented key security features, and as a UX Design Intern, where initial design assessments were conducted to enhance user experience. Prior to Malwarebytes, Alissar was a UX/UI Designer at Communicare OÜ, where a comprehensive redesign of an iPad application for ICU patients was accomplished.
