Alexis Goes is an experienced systems manager currently working at Zendesk since December 2021, specializing in global engagement. Prior roles include implementation project manager at Translations.com from February 2017 to December 2021, and business development manager at CSOFT International from January 2016 to January 2017. Alexis also served as project management supervisor for linguistic validation at Corporate Translations, Inc. from September 2008 to December 2015, and as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from August 2006 to June 2008. Alexis holds an MBA focused on international business and marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a program in doing business in Brazil from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Master's in Foreign Languages and Literature with a concentration in translation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, Alexis obtained a B.A. with honors in German and Studio Art from the University of Iowa and studied German and Art History at The University of Freiburg.
