Edwin James began their work experience as a Software Engineer at Nexquare in October 2018. Edwin held this position until May 2021. In June 2021, they joined Zenda as a Software Engineer and later moved up to the role of Senior Software Engineer in December 2021, where they are currently employed.

Edwin James obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology in Kalady. Edwin pursued this degree from 2014 to 2018.
