Previous experience also encompasses a role as the R&D Category Manager for Instant & Liquid Technology Applications at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, overseeing a team to enhance coffee manufacturing processes across Europe, and multiple positions at Jordans Dorset Ryvita, including R&D Manager, focusing on product development and quality assurance for cereals. Early career experience includes a student placement as a New Process Technologist at Mars. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Sensory Science and a degree in Food Science and Microbiology, along with various certifications in auditing and sensory evaluation.
