Rebekah Rudolph is an accomplished leader in food safety and quality, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety & Quality at ZENB since November 2018. Previously, Rebekah held the position of Director of Food Safety and Quality at Newly Weds Foods from May 2016 to October 2018, where responsibilities included establishing and executing quality and food safety objectives aligned with strategic business goals. Prior roles include Senior Quality Manager at Sam's Club, where Rebekah designed quality programs for product improvements across various categories, and Sr. Manager of Food Safety & Quality at Hillshire Brands. Rebekah's career also includes positions at Sara Lee Foods, Nestle, and Aurora Foods, contributing extensive expertise in quality assurance and food safety. Rebekah holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
