Lucie Balavoine is a Scrum Master and Agile Coach currently working at Zen Value since February 2024. Previously, Lucie served as a Scrum Master at OLCYA, supporting BNP PARIBAS, and at AUSY, where responsibilities included implementing Agile standards, optimizing team ceremonies, and improving product roadmaps. Lucie also has experience as a front-end web developer at Infotel and held the position of part-time operations agent at INDIGO. As president of the Cercle des Ingénieurs Maîtres d'Evry, Lucie enhanced client relationships and organized various student events. Lucie holds multiple degrees in engineering and technology from Université d'Evry-Val d'Essonne and is certified as a Professional Scrum Master.
