John Garczynski is a professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational transformation across various industries. Currently, as a Coach Lean Agile at Zen Value since May 2023, John advises and trains teams on creating value at all organizational levels. Prior roles include Head of PMO at Philip Morris International, Project Management Consultant and Director at Execution Consulting, and Ethics Committee Director at the European Club for Countertrade & Offset, focusing on corporate social responsibility. John has also managed commercial projects at Orano and led marketing transformations at AREVA. Their academic qualifications include a Master's in Large Scale Project Management from HEC Paris and an MBA from Sciences Po, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
