Natalie Fuller has extensive experience in customer marketing, communication, and engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Marketing and Communication at Zempler Bank since October 2018, Natalie has also held positions as Head of Customer Experience and Communication and Customer Engagement Manager. Prior to Zempler Bank, Natalie worked at Paymentsense as a Customer Experience Manager and at Jetts Australia, where roles included Customer Relationships and Digital Communications, contributing to the development of digital strategies for the gym franchise. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Manager at PiperDM, a full-service digital solutions agency. Natalie holds a Master of Commerce from Open University Australia and a Bachelor of Creative Industries in Marketing and Advertising from Queensland University of Technology.
