Ivon Jerez Castrillon currently holds the position of People Care Assistant at Zemoga, having started in June 2021, and previously served as a People Care Intern. Prior to this, Ivon worked at CAFETAL EXPRESS from May 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities included Administradora de punto and Barman jefe. Education includes ongoing studies in human talent management at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) since April 2019.
