Ivana Seric has a long history of work experience in the field of analytics. Ivana began their career in 2008 as a Math and Physics tutor at NJIT. In 2011, they took on the roles of Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Ivana then moved on to the Philadelphia 76ers in 2017, where they served as a Senior Researcher. Her role included providing data driven reports, recommendations and analyses for the coaching staff, as well as being part of the summer league coaching staff in 2018 and 2019. In 2021, Ivana began working at Overtime as a Sr. Strategy and Research Specialist. Ivana is currently employed at Zelus Analytics as a Senior Product Scientist, a position they have held since 2022.

Ivana Seric obtained a PhD in Mathematical Sciences from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2017 and a B.S. in Applied Math from the same institution in 2011. Ivana has also obtained various certifications from Coursera Course Certificates, SoloLearn, and New York University.
