Nikita Pestrov currently serves as a Senior Analytics Engineer at Zello, where responsibilities focus on enabling growth within the data team and the organization. In addition, Nikita is a Research Collaborator at Openresearch Amsterdam, exploring rhythm as a methodology for policymaking to enhance cultural sharing in neighborhoods. As an Associate Editor for the MIT Science Policy Review, contributions include articles on data modernization and fair data use. Previous experience includes leading data initiatives at Habidatum, including the development of the Inclusive Growth Score for Mastercard and managing data teams. Nikita also served as a mentor and jury member for the UN Big Data Hackathon and has held positions at prestigious institutions such as MIT Media Lab and Skoltech. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Information Science and Technology from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
