Paul Holt has extensive experience in software development, beginning in 2007 as an Architect and Senior Consultant at Renewtek. In 2009, they became a Developer at Majitek and a Senior Developer at iiNet, before leaving iiNet in 2013 to become a Software Development Contractor at SWARH. In 2015, they worked as an Android Development Contractor at both Conduct HQ and Appster. In 2016, they became a Senior Developer at Buzinga App Development. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Senior Software Developer at Bluechain Pty Ltd. Most recently, they have been an Android Developer at Zeller since 2021.

Paul Holt attended Preshil from 1982 to 1984 where they obtained their VCE. Paul then attended RMIT University from 1985 to 1990 where they obtained their Bapp. Sci. in Computer. Paul obtained a Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems in April 2008 and also obtained a Cryptography I certification from Coursera.
