Cleveland Johnson, MBOE, LSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cleveland is currently serving as the Senior Director of IT Service Operations at Zelis since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Delivery Leader at Nationwide from October 2019 to May 2022. Cleveland also worked as a Consultant and PM People and Practice Leader during their tenure at Nationwide from June 2018 to October 2019 and from August 2016 to June 2018, respectively. Before joining Nationwide, they served as a Senior Manager at Sogeti from November 2012 to August 2016. Cleveland has also worked as a Program Manager at Cardinal Health from March 2010 to November 2012 and as a Project Manager at National City Bank from October 2008 to March 2010. Cleveland began their professional career in the US Army, where they held roles such as Detachment Commander from June 2006 to June 2008, Project Manager from October 2004 to January 2006, Project Manager from September 2003 to October 2004, and IT Manager from February 2002 to September 2003.

Cleveland Johnson, MBOE, LSSBB, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. In 2009, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. Cleveland further pursued their education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, obtaining a Master of Business Operational Excellence in 2016. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science at Southern Methodist University, starting in 2020.
