Lavanya Vanja has been in the sales industry since 2013. Lavanya began their career as a Customer Sales Representative at Vertex Solutions International Ltd in 2013. In 2014, they joined The Global Associates as a Business Development Executive and was promoted to Senior Business Development Executive in the same year. In 2019, they moved to Brio Technologies Private Limited as an Associate Cloud Sales and was promoted twice, first to Cloud Inside Sales Specialist and then to Senior Associate Cloud Sales. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Zelar as a Senior Sales Lead.

Lavanya Vanja completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (Autonomous) between 2009 and 2013.
