Roch Naleway has extensive work experience in various roles related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, and electric vehicle technology. Roch started their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Manager at Mercedes-Benz CAC and then worked as a Marketing & Sales Assistant at the University of Maastricht - Executive MBA Program. In 2003, they joined the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance as a Market Analyst, where they determined deemed savings and provided market analysis for program evaluations.

From 2005 to 2010, Naleway worked at Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. as a Senior Project Coordinator, implementing energy efficiency programs and managing accounts. Roch then joined Portland General Electric as a Strategic Marketing Manager for Energy Efficiency, leading cross-functional teams and establishing budgets and goals.

Naleway later held roles at General Pacific, Inc. as a Conservation Products & Services Manager and at Ecotone Products, LLC as a General Manager and Vice President. In these positions, they focused on distributing energy efficiency and water conservation products to utilities and retailers and developed partnerships with major companies.

Roch'smost recent experience has been at Portland General Electric, where they have held various roles since 2015. Roch started as a Strategy Manager, developing strategies in alignment with the company's goals. Roch then became a Business Development & Demand Response Manager, overseeing demand response programs and pricing pilots. Naleway also served as a Product Development Manager, focusing on electric vehicle chargers and demand response solutions. Currently, they are a Product Portfolio Manager, leading the development and execution of roadmaps for decarbonization initiatives and supporting the build-out of a virtual power plant.

Roch Naleway completed a Master of Business Economics degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Maastricht in The Netherlands from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they participated in the MBA Program at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 2002, earning 14 credits towards a Master of Science degree.
