Emily Rosendall is the Vice President of Cybersecurity Strategy and Public Policy at Zeichner Risk Analytics (ZRA). Ms. Rosendall provides policy, legal, and strategic counsel to the private sector and federal government clients on cybersecurity, privacy, and other technical issues.
Previously, Ms. Rosendall served as a counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs. Her policy portfolio included cybersecurity, intellectual property, and trade issues. In that role, she drafted, negotiated, and assisted with the passage of legislation on cybersecurity, counterterrorism, and human rights. While in law school, Ms. Rosendall worked for the City of Coral Gables Office of the City Attorney and the Office of the General Counsel for the University of Miami.
Ms. Rosendall graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Political Science. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Rosendall is licensed to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia, and she is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
