Denis van Bezu has a diverse work experience that spans from industrial design to product management. Denis started their career as an Industrial Designer at Van Geel Systems BV and transitioned into roles such as Assistant Manager Product Development at Ahrend and Senior Industrial Designer/Project Manager at JJDesign BV. Denis later took on positions at CE Masters BV and Etna Vending Technologies BV as a Design Engineer/Project Manager and Project Manager R&D, respectively. Subsequently, they joined Pi Development BV as Manager Development & Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director Product Management Ventilation at Zehnder Group International AG. Their responsibilities have included overseeing R&D activities, managing product development teams, and leading projects for various innovative products.

Denis van Bezu completed their MSc (Cum Laude) in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 1997. Denis furthered their education by pursuing Lean Product Development at Mikrocentrum in 2015 and Innovation Excellence in 2011. In 2022, Denis completed the Advanced Leadership Development Program at the European Strategy Institute / Zehnder. Additionally, they enhanced their communication skills with Advanced Communication Skills at ICM opleidingen & trainingen in 2016 and participated in a Management Development Program at ABB Internal from 2017 to 2018.
