Niklas Hed has extensive experience in leadership and board roles across various companies in the entertainment and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at ZEF since August 2015, Niklas co-founded Lightneer Inc in September 2015, where Niklas also holds a board position until July 2024. Previous board memberships include Rovio Entertainment Corporation from April 2021 to August 2023 and Westend Musical Instruments Ltd Oy from February 2018 to July 2020. Niklas founded and led the LVL11 division at Rovio Entertainment Ltd. from January 2013 to October 2018, after co-founding Rovio Ltd. in January 2005, where roles included COO and Executive Producer. Additionally, Niklas was the CEO and founder of Relude Ltd. from November 2003 to January 2005. Currently pursuing education at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska höskolan since 2000, Niklas combines entrepreneurial spirit with a strong background in the gaming industry.
