Phong Lam is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background in leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as President and CEO at Zecontech since April 2004, Phong previously co-founded and was CTO at ReliaQuote.com from November 1997 to August 2007. Earlier career positions include IT Architect at IBM Global Services from May 1995 to December 1997 and System Engineer at Litton PRC from December 1991 to May 1995. Phong holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Maryland.
