Swathi P has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. Swathi began their career as a Software Engineer at Finastra, where they remained for seven years. In 2022, they joined Zealogics Inc as a Senior Software Engineer.

Swathi P completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from TKM College of Engineering in Kollam from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Govt Polytechnic College Kasargod. Swathi P has also obtained two additional certifications: Microsoft XAML: 1 Core Concepts from LinkedIn in October 2021, and Leadership Strategies for Women from LinkedIn in August 2020.
