Vishal Kumar Gupta is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and strategic value enhancement across various industries. Currently serving as Group CFO for both Frontier Pharma and Zdravlje Leskovac since March 2023, Vishal focuses on finance operations and growth initiatives in the CEE/Balkans region. Vishal's previous roles include Senior Advisor at Altimapa Capital, Director - Group Treasurer at Britishvolt, and Head of Treasury at Essar Oil (UK) Limited, where key responsibilities encompassed investor relations, project finance, risk management, and M&A activities. Vishal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BTech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
