Todd Jones

Director of Ecommerce and Digital Experience at ZBiotics

Todd Jones has over 10 years of work experience, beginning with their role as Product Manager at Field Day in 2011. In 2014, they became a Senior Account Manager at Mercaris, where they managed relationships with Fortune 500 clients, implemented tools for customer feedback, and wrote user stories that informed product strategy. In 2015, they joined Tock as an Enterprise Sales Manager, where they mentored new senior leadership, advised on product strategy, and drove international expansion. In 2019, they became a Digital Project Manager at Patagonia, where they directed the email marketing program, coordinated content creation, and set benchmark KPIs for blog, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. In 2021, they became a Growth Manager at Ventura Spirits Company. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Product Manager at Lettuce Grow and a Director of Ecommerce and Digital Experience at ZBiotics.

Todd Jones attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2003 to 2006, earning a BA in Psychology. Todd also attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics from LinkedIn in November 2020, Data Analysis with R Programming from Coursera, and Share Data Through the Art of Visualization from Coursera.
