Mariah Pena is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR compliance. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at ZaZa Hospitality since September 2022, Mariah previously held the role of Junior Recruiter/HR Coordinator at Goode Company Restaurants, where responsibilities included managing the talent acquisition program and executing onboarding processes. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Administrator at Alleyton Resource, overseeing HR inquiries for approximately 600 employees, managing leave of absence programs, and implementing employee engagement surveys. Mariah began the career as an Accounting Intern at Fort Bend ISD and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston, C.T.
