Neal Samples is a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Zayo Group since September 2019, Neal specializes in creating tailored network solutions to meet customer requirements, collaborating with vendors and field teams for successful hardware deployment and testing. Prior to this role, Neal was a Senior Transport Planning Engineer at CenturyLink from 2015 to 2019, focusing on strategic network topology analysis and site optimization projects. Neal's career began at Sprint, where responsibilities included planning and designing critical network systems for various communication products in roles such as Senior Network Planner and Senior Network Engineer. Neal holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
