Joel Daly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Government Affairs and Product Strategy at Zayo, Daly has held various senior leadership roles within Zayo Group, including SVP of Product Strategy & Innovation and President of zColo, overseeing colocation and cloud services across North America and Europe. Daly's expertise extends to advisory and board roles at companies such as B+T Group, Indexed I/O, and Delta-v Capital. Previous leadership positions include CEO of HOSTING and COO of QTC Management, with a foundational career as COO of Inflow and a co-founder of LINK-VTC. Daly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
