Celine Kindelberger has a strong background in talent development and learning science. Celine is currently working as a Senior Director of Learning Science at Zavvy since October 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at Publicis France where they served as the Global Talent Development and Experience Director from November 2016 to February 2020. Celine also held the position of Senior Talent Development and Experience Team Lead at Publicis France from March 2016 to October 2017. Before joining Publicis France, Celine worked at Rohde & Schwarz, where they held the roles of Leadership Development Team Lead from January 2012 to June 2015, and Senior Learning & Development Expert from March 2011 to December 2012. Their earlier experience includes a role asa Learning Portfolio Manager at Siemens from September 2009 to February 2011.

Celine Kindelberger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. Celine later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
