Dr. Stacy Trammell, founder of Zavda Technologies, LLC, has served the DoD and IC community for more than 20 years, supplying an extensive collection of management and technical support of critical systems and missions. Dr. Trammell is a Service Disabled Veteran of the United States Air Force. She has significant experience working with a variety of professionals, and managing various technologies. Dr. Trammell possesses a Doctorate of Management from University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Her research includes the identification of The Best Practices of Small IT Services Providers in the Federal Arena. She also has a MS in Information Technology Management degree from UMUC, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, in addition to other degrees and certifications.
