When he first came to Prague in the early 1990’s, he was enchanted. However, he quickly realized that the field of catering and culinary arts was still an uncharted territory. He decided to change that and opened his first place, V Zátiší wine bar. Since then, the business has grown and prospered, and the Czech Republic has become his home.
