Eirik Fjellså Hærem has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Eirik Fjellså is currently serving as the Chief of Corporate Development & M&A at Zaptec since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Advisor at Melberg Partners from April 2019 to June 2022. In 2016, Eirik held the position of Business Development Manager at Reverse Engineering Services Ltd, where they worked remotely and traveled frequently. Eirik Fjellså also worked as a Financial Analyst at INEOS Oil & Gas Norway from June 2018 to January 2019. Before that, they gained experience as a Financial Analyst at DONG Energy and as a Business Analyst at Explora Petroleum. Eirik also worked as an Investment Associate at Argentum Asset Management and held positions at Pareto, University of Bergen, and ABG Sundal Collier.

Eirik Fjellså Hærem pursued their education at the University of Bergen (UiB) where they completed their Master's degree in Economics in 2009.
