Kristina Fausti Broumand serves as the Chief Legal & People Officer at Zappos Family of Companies, overseeing the employee journey and managing multiple teams, including Legal and Human Resources, while providing strategic legal guidance on retail and corporate operations. With a strong background in law, Kristina held previous roles as Associate General Counsel & Head of HR and Associate General Counsel, among others, at Zappos. Prior experience includes corporate counsel positions at Caesars Entertainment and The Venetian I The Palazzo, as well as significant roles at Axiom, fi360, and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Kristina holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, along with a BSBA from Robert Morris University.
