James Carr is a Senior Frontend Engineer at Zapier since November 2018, with a robust background in software development and team management. Prior to this, James served as the Development Team Lead at Genie Solutions from February 2008 to October 2018, where management of a cross-functional team facilitated the design and development of a cloud-based SaaS application, along with overseeing secure integrations for doctor-patient correspondence. Earlier roles at Genie Solutions included Software Developer, contributing to the creation of a scalable medical practice management application, and Customer Support Officer, addressing customer issues and liaising with third-party organizations. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology and attended St Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace from 2003 to 2007.
