Marek Pazdera has extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, and health and safety management systems. Currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. - Skupina ZSE since April 2020, Marek focuses on assessing internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with standards and regulations. Prior to this role, Marek worked as a Strategic Purchaser at ZSE, managing tenders and supplier evaluations. Earlier experience includes positions as a QHSE Specialist at Orange Slovensko, a Project HSE Coordinator and HSE Advisor at BE-SOFT, and roles related to fire protection and civil protection at Kronospan and the State Opera Banská Bystrica. Marek holds a Master's degree in Forestry from Technická univerzita vo Zvolene, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
