Yvonne Walters has over 30 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Yvonne began their career in 1987 as a Fund Accounting Analyst at Franklin Templeton, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with Fund objectives, SEC regulations, and Fund Accounting Department policies and procedures. Yvonne also prepared 13F/G for Funds and developed automated functions in collaboration with MIS. In 1996, they were promoted to Senior Compliance Analyst, where they processed and managed fund pre-clearance for all company funds, tracked equity funds portfolio compliance daily, and defined regulations and policies for Franklin. Yvonne then moved to Restoration Robotics, Inc. in 2006 as Manager, Finance & Administration, where they managed ADP Payroll processing, reconciled balance sheets, oversaw fixed asset maintenance and processed depreciation. Yvonne then had a series of contract roles at Myoscience, SentreHEART, Inc., Shoe Lovers, Inc., and The RealReal, where they oversaw the daily operations of accounts payable, employee expense reports and cash, and prepared monthly journal entries and financial statement adjustments. In 2015, they joined ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc. as Human Resources Manager, where they maintained the new hire process and onboarding for new employees on TriNet and NetSuite, prepared journal entries for Payroll and PTO accruals, and maintained HR files in Dropbox. Yvonne then transitioned to the role of Accounting Manager, where they maintained payroll process on TriNet, handled daily accounts payable processes, and managed vendor/supplier relations.
