Christelle Antoine currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer at Zanmi Lasante since July 2023. Previously, Christelle held the position of Inbound Customer Service Representative at Black Swan Holdings from June 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included assisting customers by phone and email, resolving issues, creating accounts, and managing online communications. Christelle also worked as an Inside Sales Representative, significantly increasing B2B accounts from 500 to 2,000 within six months by placing over 200 calls and sending 40+ emails daily.
