Jonalyn Pingol has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonalyn started their career in 2011 as a Sales Warming Representative at SPi Global, where they worked until December 2011. From December 2011 to March 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys for the Comcast USA account. Jonalyn then became a Subject Matter Expert at Convergys-Comcast, responsible for investigating and responding to highly escalated client complaints and providing approval for customer credit requests.

In 2014, Jonalyn joined Mediclinic Middle East as a Department Coordinator for the Oncology and Surgical Department, where they stayed until July 2017. Jonalyn then moved to King's College Hospital London - UAE as an Executive Assistant, working from August 2017 to January 2019.

Jonalyn'snext role was as a Project Manager at the Ministry of Health and Prevention - UAE from January 2019 to September 2019. Jonalyn was responsible for managing projects at the Statistics & Research Center. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Zand, starting from September 2019.

Jonalyn Pingol completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Metropolitan Hospital College of Nursing from 2006 to 2010. After their graduation, they obtained certification as a Registered Nurse from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in August 2010. In October 2020, they also obtained the Open Water Diver certification from PADI. Subsequently, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2021, and a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in February 2023.
