Juan Jose P. currently serves as the Global Procurement & Sourcing Director at Zamil Air Conditioners, a leading HVAC systems producer in the Middle East, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Juan Jose held various positions at Talgo from March 2012 to December 2022, including Global Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Director for foreign branches in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia, where responsibilities included procurement strategy and supply chain management. Juan Jose also worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing for HIMOINSA in Central Asia and Eastern Europe from November 2009 to March 2012, with full P&L responsibility for the Kazakhstan operation. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at ACM España Greenhouses in China and Country Manager in Poland from July 2002 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business in Europe with a focus on International Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Murcia, and a Master's in International Business from Escuela Europea de Negocios.
