Wilson Leite has a diverse professional background with experience in procurement and consulting roles. Wilson started their career at Pfizer as an intern in 2009 and later served as a Junior Buyer from 2012 to 2013. Wilson then joined AstraZeneca, where they held various positions, including Senior Facilities Analyst, Market Intelligence Analyst, and Senior Buyer. From 2016 to 2018, Wilson worked at Ambev as a Procurement Specialist and later as a Senior Procurement Specialist for the Latin America region. In 2018, they joined Hospital Albert Einstein as a Procurement Coordinator and later became a Procurement Consultant. Wilson then moved to Bridgestone Americas, where they served as a Procurement Coordinator for Brazil and Latin America South. Currently, they are working at Zambon as the Head of Procurement for Brazil and Colombia.

Wilson Leite attended Ability Education (Australia) in 2011, where they studied International Business & Intercultural communication. Prior to that, they attended FECAP from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
