Fatima Mawele is a Communications and Advocacy Specialist at the Zambian Governance Foundation since September 2023, previously serving as an Account Executive at Langmead & Baker Ltd from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Sub Editor at The Partners Guide Magazine Zambia and Social Media Manager at Wash Zambia, both from October 2021 to May 2022. Fatima also held the position of Managing Editor at Lusaka Star from October 2020 to November 2021 and News Manager at UNZA Digital Media Hub from February 2020 to November 2021. Early experience includes a role as a Trainee Reporter at Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation from December 2019 to February 2020. Fatima completed a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Studies with Public Administration at the University of Zambia between 2018 and 2021.
