Albert Halwampa has experience working at Zambia Development Agency since January 2015, starting as a Manager Export Development and currently holding the position of Director General. Prior to this, Albert worked at Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research as an Associate Researcher. Albert holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial and Business Law, Trade Law from Bangor University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Zambia.
