Jason Delabays has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Equity Derivative Sales at BNP Paribas in 2014. In 2013, they worked as an Investor Relations Assistant at Anaxago. In 2015, they co-founded the fashion brand Bannann with their friend Ronan Heuzel. In 2017, they became the Head of No Code Solutions and Product Manager at Theodo. In 2022, they co-created Starksheet and co-founded Les Soirées pas très Fongibles, a monthly web3 meetup. Currently, they are the Blockchain Ecosystem Lead at Zama.

Jason Delabays completed a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles - Economique et commerciale option Scientifique at Lycée Kléber from 2009 to 2011. Jason then attended ESCP Business School from 2011 to 2015, earning a Master in Management Grande Ecole. In 2014, they participated in a 6-Months Exchange Program at Queen's University, studying Business/Commerce.
