Mads G. Damstrup is an experienced Service Delivery Manager at Zalaris since March 2022, previously holding various key positions at Ernst & Young from October 2005 to March 2022, including Global Service Delivery Manager and Global CRM Integration Leader. In these roles, Mads G. Damstrup defined critical processes associated with a new ERP system and led successful CRM system implementations across the EMEIA region.
