Nikolai Lisac currently serves as GM Installation Teams at zolar, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nikolai was Site Lead Director of Operations at Zalando SE from May 2021 to April 2023 and Head of Logistics at Westerwald-Brauerei H. Schneider GmbH & Co. KG from April 2020 to April 2021. Nikolai's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Amazon, where the responsibilities included managing a large fulfillment center with 1,800 to 4,000 employees, overseeing various functional teams to enhance customer experience and meet productivity goals. Additionally, from January 2002 to September 2012, Nikolai held various management roles in the automotive industry and supply chain, including Managing Director and Key-Account-Manager. Nikolai is an alum of DAV, Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrs-Akademie, graduating in 2002 with a degree in Logistics, Material, and Supply Chain Management.
