Ian Mosley, MA, is a seasoned professional in user research with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Zalando SE since May 2021, Ian brings experience from previous roles, including UX Researcher at US Tech Solutions, where a forthcoming contract with Facebook on the News Feed will leverage expertise in Sociology and group communication. Ian’s background includes positions as a Design Researcher at Microsoft and CompuCom, Product Research Specialist at Philips Healthcare, and various research and teaching roles in academic settings. Ian holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Boise State University.
